You should submit an explanation of your benchmark idea using the recommendations on the guidelines page, or if you have already written a research paper, submit that.

Accepted proposals can be anonymous but will at some point need to be public (e.g., some months after the competition).

You may resubmit at any point prior to the end of the competition. You may also submit multiple ideas.
